Back in 2016, I have not had any business background. However, I have had a solid foundation in construction because of my previous study in civil engineering in the UK. That helped to find an area in construction in Canada which is flooring. To begin the right way, I realized I have to explore some material knowledge, customer service and hands on installation. The opportunity was came to start working in a Canadian company that helped me a lot in learning both product knowledge and dealing with customers, as I felt ready in this part of a journey. Then, it comes to have hands on installation, I really enjoyed this and I do still. One discovery is no matter how professional and experienced you are, there are still things to learn. Learning never stops especially in construction.
